The Senior School Drama program is set to challenge, entertain and inspire this year with the Senior Class Play being reimagined this year as ‘3 Plays In 3 Days’. The Year Ten, Eleven and Twelve Drama Classes will be presenting three separate year level plays over three nights in August. All three are vastly different in style and will challenge our Senior Drama students like never before. We are excited to reveal the plays below.
Year 10 Drama- PUFFS: OR SEVEN INCREASINGLY DANGEROUS YEARS AT A CERTAIN SCHOOL OF MAGIC AND MAGIC
Puffs is the story of Wayne Hopkins: a regular boy who finds out he’s a wizard and goes to school in England where he makes two best friends and has adventures. This perhaps sounds familiar. But, Wayne is sorted as a Puff, he and the other Puffs simply want to learn how to be wizards and avoid attacks by evil wizards.

Year 11 Drama- ALMOST, MAINE
Propelled by the mystical energy of the aurora borealis and populated with characters who are humorous, plain-spoken, thoughtful, and sincere, Almost, Maine is a series of loosely connected tales about love, each with a compelling couple at its centre, each with its own touch of sorcery.

Year 12 Drama- ENDGAME
Centres around a blind, paralyzed man and his servant who await an unspecified “end” which seems to be the end of their relationship, death, and the end of the actual play itself.

We are excited to present these plays to the College community later this year!
