Hail Holy Queen
Hail, holy Queen,
Mother of Mercy, Our life,
our sweetness and our hope.
To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve,
To thee do we send up our sighs,
Mourning and weeping in this valley of tears.
Turn then, most gracious Advocate,
thine eyes of mercy toward us, And after this our exile,
show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
O clement, O loving, O sweet Virgin Mary!
Pray for us, O Holy Mother of God,
That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.
Amen
The month of May is a special time for us to honour Mary. By her own free will Mary agreed to bring our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ into the world. Her life was one of service and great devotion to Jesus, from the cave in Bethlehem where she gave birth to Him, to Calvary in Jerusalem where she stood by His cross in the Crucifixion. We are challenged to follow her example of humility, obedience, and service to God.

Carers Collective
From all reports the first session went very well with a group of parents attending as well as the Principal and Assistant Principal from Emmaus Catholic Primary School. Well done to Danielle Muir, Natalie Beazley, and Kat Elmer-Gray for implementing this initiative for our parents across our schools in the region as well as our Parish. See you in Week 8 – 14 June!

Thank you to Learning Area Leader – Liam Smith, Sports Coordinator – Leigh Willison, Glen Downing, HPE teachers and staff members who have assisted this week with the ACC Cross country training, and CPSSA Swimming Carnival, where we came second overall. Thank you to our parents for assisting in making sure the students were prepared. Students, Lewis Gage and Sadie Couzens, proudly hold the shield. Well done!
