The HCC 2021 Italian Week was filled with many activities, games and competitions. Students were excited and enthusiastic to share their knowledge of the language and culture of “Il Bel Paese” and particularly this week they had the opportunity to taste typical Italian food. The week culminated with the Year 9, Year 10 and Year 12 students’ excursion at Mondo Nougat where they learned about Italian Torrone and had the opportunity to make their own to take home.
