This term in Year 4 we’ve welcomed six fabulous new students to our Year level – Imogen, Kendra, Cassidy, Amara, Jhy and Usher. We love making new friends and getting to know each other!

We’ve started our Big Ideas investigations, which focus around the question, “Who are Australians?” We’ve started by investigating the First People’s of Australia – Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It is so interesting to learn about the history of our country, and have loved hearing the Dreamtime Stories from different Indigenous cultures.

In Year 4, we talk a lot about having a Growth Mindset. We want to make sure that the statements we make to ourselves are helping us to constantly improve, and to be the very best we can be!
