Middle School Learning Conversations and Early Close

The Middle School Learning Conversations are occurring on Thursday 22 April from 12:30pm to 7:00pm.

PARENT TEACHER ONLINE (PTO)
A reminder that appointments can be booked through PTO until Thursday 22 April at 9:00am. Click here for information on how to book an appointment by using our online booking system Parent Teacher Online (PTO). If you encounter any problems using PTO, please contact the College Office.

LIMA – SPORTS CENTRE
The Learning Conversations are occurring in the Lima Sports Centre. This can only be access via the Westgrove Carpark as Junior School classes will still be occurring. Click here to view a College map showing the location of Middle School conversations. 

PROCEDURE 
Learning Conversations at the College as student led conversations. Students are allocated time in class to prepare for their conversation. This allows students to take ownership of their learning. They have received, on LifeSupport, a document to complete and bring along to assist them in facilitating their conversations.

The Learning Conversations will be a maximum of 10 minutes. You are asked to please restrict yourself to this time. Should the conversation need to continue past this time another appointment with the staff member should then be arranged. 

Students are required to wear their Winter Uniform when attending their Learning Conversations even if these occur after normal school times.

EARLY CLOSE
Please note students from Year 7 to 12 conclude classes at 12:00pm on Thursday 22 April for the Learning Conversations. Please make appropriate arrangements for this day. San Salvador will be available for supervised private study from 12:00pm to 5:00pm for students in Year 7-12.
