OLNA Round 1 – March 2020

This week, parents will receive notification via mail if their child needs to sit the OLNA assessment during the period 4/3 – 26/3. The exact day and time of testing will be indicated on the letter you receive. It is vital that students are present and attend their OLNA test session. If there is any reason why a students will be absent, parents should contact Mr Paul Murphy.

The College has been preparing all students that need to sit the assessments in a variety of ways including specialist classes on the timetable and after school clinics to support students.

Students must be pass the Reading, Writing and Numeracy OLNA assessments in order to meet WACE graduation requirements. However, students who received a Band 8 or above in Year 9 NAPLAN Reading, Writing or Numeracy domains will be exempt from sitting the OLNA in that particular domain.
