LET’S USE TECHNOLOGY SAFELY, TOGETHER
A parent interactive workshop will be held on Wednesday 24 July in the St James Centre at the College commencing at 6:00 pm.
This workshop will allow parents to engage in a roundtable conversation about the way they use devices at home. It will provide an opportunity for parents to engage with one another, our Digital Innovators and Digital Coaches, as well as our IT staff to collaboratively engage with safe technology practices.
Holy Cross College leads the way in the use of digital technologies in education. We are a future-focused learning community where Apple technology supports and extends innovative approaches to learning. We are committed to educating and encouraging students to become competent, discriminating and creative users of a range of technologies. In order to facilitate our vision, we value our partnership with our families to assist our students in this digital world.
Parents are strongly encouraged to attend this workshop to learn and discuss ways in which we can support our students as global citizens. Please bring your child’s iPad to the workshop in order to participate fully.
