The Terrible Fate of Humpty Dumpty


Middle and Senior School Drama students turned what everyone knows about the iconic ‘Humpty Dumpty’ on its head in Week Four as Year Seven to Ten students presented the one act play ‘The Terrible Fate of Humpty Dumpty’ for performance. The talented cast have been working on the play since Summer Term and the results of their hard work and dedication were on display in a polished and entertaining performance.

The story tackled the highly relevant issues of bullying, peer pressure and social expectations and the young cast approached the challenging themes with maturity and energy. Congratulations to Sam Pascoe, Harry Andrews, Bradley Fisher, Noah Vella, Jack Rooney, Tiara D’Lima, Samantha Cosmas, Zoe Watts, Eva Ladyman, Jhermayne Ubalde, Gurleen Dhillon, Sheridan Spencer, Sindrela Rozario, Makayla Pugliese-Thompson, Ashtyn Ford, Jordan Bailey, Iestyn Devenport and Samantha Evans on a wonderful performance.

A big thank you to Mrs Jackie Cuff for directing and co-ordinating the Middle/Senior One Act Play for 2019. Her energy and dedication were second to none! Thanks also to staff who assisted in various roles: Mr David Williams, Mrs Colleen Azzopardi, Miss Laura Goodwin, Miss Brianna Gray, Miss Miriam Wallach, Miss Georgina Pratt, Mr Augustin Lobet and Mrs Sarah Knoblauch.
