Senior Students
Our senior students have been extremely busy studying and participating in their exams. We hold them close in our prayers and wish them the very best. The Year 12’s will be preparing for Graduation next Friday. I look forward to this very special time.
Staff Professional Development Day

To commence the term the whole staff took part in professional learning offsite. During this day we began planning our vision for the next three years using the Quality Catholic Education framework and our LIFE pillars. Goals and coinciding actions are now being collated.
Our Strategic Focus for 2022 will be established by the end of the term. Our Chief Scientist of WA, Professor Peter Klinken, challenged us in his address on ‘embracing our changing World’, and whether our curriculum and assessment processes suit the needs for the future.
We concluded the day with technology workshops such as robotics, coding, VR equipment usage, and green screen technology.

Quality Catholic Education Award
We are the proud recipients of a Quality Catholic Education (QCE) Award for our ‘Eye of Justice and Service Labyrinth’ in the FAITH for the FUTURE category. Thank you to Vice Principal, Mr Peter Collins and Assistant Deputy – Faith, Ben Bull, who developed the initiative. Thank you, also, to Jean Topliss, Pieter Basson and our grounds staff, and other staff members who made the vision a reality for all of our community. Congratulations!

Annual Celebration Evening (ACE)
Our ACE takes place on Friday 29 October in the LIMA Sports Centre. A summary of the year will be given as well as the presentation of our College awards. Both our CEWA Executive Director, Ms Debra Sayce and Deputy Executive Director, Mr Wayne Bull, will be in attendance.
I wish our Community a wonderful weekend.
