On Friday 26 July Year Ten students completed section six: Julimar Forest to Bindoon Dewars, walking 23 kilometres, of the Camino Salvado.

We were treated to perfect walking conditions and we were even more fortunate to have a large number of parents accompanying the students on this scenic walk. The parents definitely put the pressure on staff and students to keep up with their pace. At the completion of the walk we had time to stop at Bindoon Bakery for some refreshments and delicious treats!

It is fantastic that as a College community we can all share in the Pilgrimage Trail, a journey of spiritual reflection and renewal, for students, staff and parents as we all walk in the footsteps of Spanish Benedictine monk Dom Rosendo Salvado. We highly recommend that parents continue to be involved in such an important faith-filled journey which the College has created for its students and staff.
