Holy Cross College invites enrolment applications for all year groups, at any time, subject to availability.

Steps to enrol

To apply to enrol your child at Holy Cross College, complete the following steps:

  1. Complete an Application for Enrolment Form and submit to the College along with the relevant documentation and the non-refundable Application Fee of $55.00.
    Please note, submitting the form and fee does not guarantee admission. We recommend you apply at least 12-24 months in advance to secure your place.

  2. The College may invite parents and students to attend an interview with the Principal or their delegate.
    If you are asked to interview, you will be sent a Student Individual Needs and Medical Form in advance.

  3. All applicants will be advised in writing of the success or otherwise of their application. Offers of a position is at the discretion of the Principal.
    For year groups where positions are not available, you may be placed on a Wait List.

It is not a requirement of enrolling at Holy Cross College to visit us before applying, but we welcome you to join us for a tour to discover all that the College has to offer. We have opportunities throughout the year in the form of Open Days and Small Group Tours to visit our campus, meet the staff and students, and hear from our leaders how Holy Cross can support your child to achieve their best.

  • Application for Enrolment Form or the Pre-Kindergarten Application for Enrolment Form
  • Birth Certificate
  • Baptism Certificate (if Baptised Catholic)
  • Most recent school report
  • NAPLAN reports (Year 3, Year 5, Year 7, Year 9)
  • Other relevant education or psychological assessments
  • Copy of Parenting, Restraint or Custodial Order (if applicable)
  • Copy of Passport, Visa or Travel Documents – including date of entry stamp (if born overseas)
  • Copy of parent’s Citizenship or Visa documents if both parents were born overseas
  • AIR Immunisation Statement (not more than 2 months old at time of Enrolment)
  • Data Collection Form
  • Parish Reference Form (recommended)

Holy Cross College can accept overseas students in a limited set of circumstances, depending on the visa granted. We cannot cater to students whose visa requires the student to be registered on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS). For any overseas student enquiries, please email a copy of the student’s visa grant notice, along with a copy of their last school report and birth certificate to the Enrolments Officer at enrolments@holycross.wa.edu.au.

Holy Cross College offers are aligned with the CEWA Enrolment priorities

Families wanting to enrol a student for Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten are strongly encouraged to lodge an application for enrolment as soon as practical. By the age of two is recommended. HCC has limited spaces for these year levels.

Families wanting to enrol a student for Year 7 are strongly encouraged to have submitted their application for enrolment prior to the end of Year 4. Enrolment interviews take place for prospective Year 7 students in Year 4 and 5.

Yes, Holy Cross College runs an orientation process for new students in all year levels. We have an extensive process for our major intake years, Kindergarten and Year 7 students.

The College has specialised staff, classes and resources for students with additional needs. Our Learning Enrichment team engages with families in the 12 months leading up to a student’s commencement at HCC.

We are a dual stream Junior School (Kindy to Year 6) and a six stream Middle/ Senior School (Year 7-12). Visit the MySchool website for the most recently reported student numbers: MySchool

The College exists to provide a distinctly Catholic Education for children enrolled in our school. Catholic and non-Catholic students are welcome to attend Holy Cross College. More information can be found by clicking here.

Families will need to lodge an application for enrolment for each child wanting to attend the College and will be considered in accordance with the CEWA enrolment priorities.
