Religious Education

Religious Education is compulsory for all students from Kindergarten to Year 12.

The Religious Education framework and curriculum is determined by Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA) and taught in all CEWA schools across the state. The program aims to help students learn the teaching of the Gospel as proclaimed by the church.

Religious Education courses are designed to reinforce the faith education of our families and support in the awareness of the Church’s story, beliefs, structures and rituals. The Catholic faith is taught to develop students’ knowledge and understanding and enrich their lives with Christian values.

In Year 11 and Year 12, the Religion and Life course is compulsory for most Pathways.
